Bust

Measure around the widest part of your chest, just below the armpit and over the shoulders.

Waist

While keeping the measuring tape horizontal, measure the slimmest part of natural waistline - above your navel and below your ribcage.

Hip

Measure around the fullest part of the buttocks area. Place the tape measure on the most convex part of the hips with your thumb inserted.
